Statistical Process Control Software

A canned Statistical process control solution will return standard calculations like CPK and standard deviation. Canned systems will also provide run charts and histograms. The areas where canned systems come up short are data management and customer certification. Canned Statistical process control software often contains certifications but they never seem to be in a format that the customer likes. Working with data in a canned system can also be very difficult. An SPC solutions provider that offers configurable systems will generally be able to save your team keying time by setting up your data so that specs that can be applied to multiple products are managed together. A good solutions provider will also usually provide integration services allowing your employees import job information from other enterprise systems.
